Self-Exclusion (Permanent)

Loss Limit Controls

How to Activate Controls

Every tayo4 responsible gaming tool can be activated in under two minutes. Here is how to use each one.

Log in to your tayo4 account and navigate to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. Enter your preferred daily, weekly, or monthly cap in Rupiah (e.g., Rp 500.000 per day). Click Save — the limit takes effect immediately. To reduce your limit further, the change is instant. To increase it, a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period applies, giving you time to reconsider.

Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Loss Limits. Choose a period (daily, weekly, or monthly) and enter the maximum net loss in IDR that you are comfortable with. Once your losses reach that threshold within the selected period, tayo4 will automatically pause your betting access until the period resets. You can still withdraw your remaining balance at any time.

Navigate to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Time-Out. Select your desired duration — from 24 hours up to 90 days. Click Confirm Time-Out. Your account will be suspended immediately: no login, no deposits, no bets. Your existing balance remains safe and can be withdrawn when the time-out expires. Time-outs cannot be cancelled early — they must run their full selected duration.

Self-exclusion is a permanent, irreversible action. To initiate it, contact tayo4 support directly via live chat or by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". Our compliance team will verify your identity and close your account permanently within 24 hours. All marketing communications are ceased immediately upon request. Your remaining balance (if any) will be returned to your registered Indonesian payment account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja).
