For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
To open and maintain a tayo4 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
Registration on tayo4 is free of charge. To open an account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform, providing accurate and complete information in all required fields. tayo4 reserves the right to decline any application for registration without providing a reason.
You must provide your legal full name (as it appears on your government-issued Indonesian KTP), a valid date of birth, a valid email address, a valid Indonesian mobile phone number, and a valid Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. You are responsible for keeping all account information current and accurate. Outdated or inaccurate contact information may prevent tayo4 from processing withdrawal requests or contacting you regarding account security matters.
Each individual may hold only one active tayo4 account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, device fingerprints, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. tayo4 uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tayo4 may close all associated accounts, forfeit all Bonus Funds, and withhold any withdrawable balances pending investigation. If the duplication is found to be the result of deliberate fraud, real-money balances may also be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tayo4 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tayo4 will treat all activity conducted using your login credentials as authorized activity by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify tayo4 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. tayo4 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Member has failed to maintain reasonable security precautions.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity, deposit, withdrawal, or wager has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. tayo4 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 25.000 to dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or until the Member reactivates the account by logging in. Members will be notified by email prior to the application of dormancy fees.
tayo4 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to confirm the identity, age, and residency of all Members. KYC verification may be requested at registration, at first withdrawal, when a Member's account activity triggers a review threshold, or at any time at tayo4's discretion.
Standard KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:
tayo4 may request additional documentation — such as proof of address, source of funds declaration, or enhanced due diligence materials — for accounts that meet higher activity thresholds or trigger specific compliance flags.
Standard KYC verification is completed within 24 hours of receipt of all required documents. During any pending KYC review, tayo4 may restrict withdrawal functionality while permitting continued deposits and game play. tayo4 will not be liable for delays in withdrawal processing attributable to incomplete or unclear KYC documentation submitted by the Member.
tayo4 reserves the right to reject any KYC application where documents appear to be altered, forged, or inconsistent with the information provided at registration. Where fraud is suspected, tayo4 will suspend the account, report the matter to relevant authorities, and withhold all funds pending further investigation.
tayo4 currently supports the following Indonesian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). tayo4 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum single-transaction limits and daily cumulative limits vary by payment method and membership tier; current limits are displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages of the Platform. tayo4 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time.
Deposits via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to the Member's tayo4 wallet within 30 seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) are credited within 5 minutes of bank confirmation during business hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). tayo4 is not responsible for delays caused by the issuing bank's own processing systems.
Withdrawal requests submitted between 07:00 and 23:00 WIB are processed within 1–3 minutes for e-wallets and within 3–10 minutes for bank transfers under normal operational conditions. Withdrawal requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next processing window. tayo4 reserves the right to extend processing times during scheduled maintenance or high-volume periods, in which case Members will be notified.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same legal name as the verified tayo4 account. Third-party withdrawals — to an account held in a different name — are strictly prohibited under any circumstances. This policy is a core anti-money-laundering control and will not be waived.
Funds deposited but not yet confirmed by the payment processor are not available for wagering or withdrawal. tayo4 will not accept liability for financial losses arising from the Member placing wagers based on an anticipated deposit that subsequently fails to clear.
tayo4 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the individual promotion page in addition to these general bonus terms.
New Members who make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for tayo4's Welcome Bonus of 100% up to Rp 1.500.000. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rp 50.000. The Welcome Bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10x the combined deposit and bonus amount on eligible games. Sports bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) to qualify. tayo4 employs automated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk betting to satisfy wagering requirements (bonus hunting), multi-accounting to claim the same bonus multiple times, and coordinated play between accounts to generate artificial wagering volume. Where bonus abuse is identified, tayo4 will void all associated bonus winnings, remove the bonus balance, and may permanently close the Member's account.
tayo4's promotional calendar is aligned with Indonesian cultural events and key sporting fixtures, including Idul Fitri / Lebaran, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Imlek (Chinese New Year), and major BRI Liga 1 matches and international tournament finals. Seasonal promotions are announced via the Platform and registered Member email addresses. tayo4 is not obligated to offer any specific promotion at any given time.
All sports bets placed on tayo4 are subject to tayo4's Sportsbook Rules, which are published on the Sportsbook page of the Platform. Key principles include: bets are final once confirmed; odds are subject to change prior to confirmation; tayo4 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by match-fixing, abandonment, or force majeure; and mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for a payout to be issued. Partial mix parlay payouts are not offered unless specifically stated per market.
Live casino games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and live game shows — are provided by Evolution Gaming and are subject to Evolution Gaming's own game rules, which are displayed within each game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino session, tayo4 will resolve the wager based on the outcome recorded by the game server at the time of disconnection. tayo4 is not responsible for losses arising from connectivity issues on the Member's side.
All slot games and RNG-based titles are certified by independent testing agencies and operate on random number generators that produce statistically fair outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available in each game's information panel. tayo4 does not guarantee any minimum win rate to any individual Member. Slot gacor (high-payout-rate slot) designations reflect historical RTP data and do not guarantee future performance.
tayo4's togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) section operates based on official draw results from designated market sources. Wagers must be placed before the official draw cut-off time for each market; late bets will be automatically rejected by the system. Payouts are calculated in accordance with the odds displayed at the time the wager is confirmed. tayo4 reserves the right to void togel results where the integrity of a draw is in question.
Minimum and maximum wager amounts vary by game type, market, and membership tier. Current wager limits are displayed within the respective game interfaces and on the relevant product pages. tayo4 reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to any Member's account at its discretion, particularly where a Member's betting patterns suggest professional or systematic wagering strategies that pose a risk to the Platform's commercial sustainability.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tayo4 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.
tayo4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to all Members seriously. The following tools and policies are available to every Member at no cost.
Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via the Account Settings panel. A request to reduce a deposit limit takes effect immediately. A request to increase a deposit limit is subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits and configure session duration timers that automatically log the Member out after a specified period of continuous play. These tools are available in the Responsible Gaming section of Account Settings.
Members who feel they need a break from gambling may request a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, the account will be inaccessible for wagering. Members who wish to permanently stop gambling may request permanent self-exclusion at any time; permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. tayo4 strongly encourages all Members who share household devices with minors to use parental control software to prevent underage access to gambling websites. tayo4 accepts no responsibility for access by minors where parental control measures have not been put in place by the responsible adult in the household.

tayo4's collection, use, storage, and protection of Member personal data is governed by the tayo4 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering a tayo4 account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
tayo4 applies 256-bit SSL/TLS 1.3 encryption to all data in transit and uses industry-standard encryption for data at rest. tayo4 does not sell Member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. KYC documents are stored securely and retained only for as long as required by applicable compliance obligations.
All content on the tayo4 Platform — including but not limited to the tayo4 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of tayo4 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No Member may copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without tayo4's prior written consent.
Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft (Pocket Games Soft), NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to tayo4 for display on the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tayo4's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Member in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tayo4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or reputational damage, even if tayo4 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
tayo4 shall not be liable for losses arising from: events beyond tayo4's reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or payment system failures; decisions made by independent regulatory bodies; the Member's own failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions; or technical failures arising from the Member's own device or internet connection.
A Member may close their tayo4 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, the Member must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Accounts cannot be closed while a bonus balance is active unless the Member elects to forfeit the bonus balance. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request, subject to identity re-verification.
tayo4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any clause of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing; court order or regulatory direction; or where tayo4 determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Members.
Upon termination of an account by tayo4 for cause, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings are automatically forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Member's verified payment account within 14 business days unless the funds are subject to an ongoing investigation, in which case they may be held pending resolution.
tayo4 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Member rights or obligations — tayo4 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to all registered Members and by displaying a notice on the Platform homepage.
For minor amendments — such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or updates that do not materially affect Member rights — tayo4 may update these Terms & Conditions without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent amendment.
Continued use of the tayo4 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your account before the amendment's effective date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by tayo4's licensing jurisdiction. tayo4 operates as a trusted and secure platform under internationally regulated standards.
In the event of a dispute between a Member and tayo4, the Member must first contact tayo4 customer support via live chat or at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. tayo4 will acknowledge the dispute within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. tayo4 is committed to resolving all Member disputes fairly and transparently.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through tayo4's internal process within 30 days, the Member may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanisms made available by tayo4's regulatory oversight body. Details of the applicable escalation mechanism are available from tayo4 support upon request.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
